Paws To Walk is an online directory that allows pet owners to search for and find veterinary practices in their area. Veterinary practices may submit listings to be included in the directory. The Site does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Listing information is submitted by veterinary practices and is not independently verified by Suited Methods, LLC. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate listing information
• Impersonate any person, business, or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without prior written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

4. Veterinary Practice Listings

4.1 Submission of Listings

Veterinary practices may submit a listing to be included in the Paws To Walk directory. By submitting a listing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to submit information on behalf of the veterinary practice
• All information provided is accurate and up to date
• The practice is a legitimately operating veterinary business
• You will promptly update your listing if any information changes

4.2 Review and Approval

All listing submissions are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our sole discretion, including listings that contain inaccurate information, violate these Terms, or are otherwise inappropriate.

4.3 Practice Accounts

Veterinary practices that create an account to manage their listing are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content, listings, and information provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any listing information is accurate, complete, or current
• Results obtained from use of the Site will meet your needs

You use the Site and rely on any listing information at your own risk. Always verify veterinary practice information directly with the practice before making any decisions about your pet’s care.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Suited Methods, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

• Reliance on any listing information displayed on the Site
• Any interruption or cessation of access to the Site
• Any errors or inaccuracies in listing content
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).

7. Affiliate Links

The Site may contain affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase or sign up for a service, Suited Methods, LLC may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the inclusion or ranking of veterinary practice listings in our directory.

Veterinary practices retain ownership of any content they submit to the Site. By submitting a listing, you grant Suited Methods, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your listing information through the Site.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
